Why we built this
Roofing is one of the largest, most stressful expenses a property owner faces, and most of the information online is published by companies trying to sell you something. We take a different approach: we're a research-driven publisher, not a contractor. We don't perform work, we don't sell leads as a vetted-contractor network, and we don't take a cut of any job. That independence is the whole point.
What we cover
Everything specific to roofing in the Garden State — replacement costs, material choices for our freeze-thaw climate, repair-versus-replacement decisions, storm damage, commercial flat roofs, and the New Jersey permit and contractor-registration rules that protect you. Our goal is that you walk into any conversation with a roofer already knowing the right questions.
